Site visit, scope, material conversation. We talk about what you want the room to feel like — not just how the tile will sit.

Detail
Layout drawings, tile counts, transitions, niches, edges. The drawings are how we avoid surprises later.

Install
Substrate prep, waterproofing, set, grout, seal. One crew. No subcontracted shortcuts.

Hand-off
Walkthrough, care guide, leftover material organized and labeled. We leave the room cleaner than we found it.
